A superbly hand made ‘Cumberland’ extending oak kitchen/dining table with large extendable pull out leaves allowing this table to comfortably seat up to ten people. Standing on traditional square tapering legs and H stretcher, this bespoke oak table is manufactured using traditional methods with all its joints being pegged. The table is based on a 17th Century design; the original design of this table had a reversible top enabling food to be prepared on the underside of the polished surface. An ideal table for any traditional or modern interior. The bespoke oak table shown in the photographs is ‘light oak’ but is available in a range of colours; enabling you to match this with exisiting furniture.
This ‘Cumberland’ table is one of our range of handmade bespoke tables being manufactured in the UK using traditional methods. All of our bespoke oak tables are produced using solid English Oak; renowned for its patternation and quality. As they are bespoke tables, they can be altered in size, shape and design to suit your needs.
