A beautiful c1880 Victorian wardrobe with a large out-swept cornice, and twin arched doors to front which open to reveal internal space to right hand side. The left hand side features 3 linen slides and internally fitted drawers. An attractive piece of Victorian furniture; with a large amount of storage area. The wardrobe breaks down into 4 individual sections for ease of transportation and assembly; sadly we do not have the original key for this item and as photos show there are some small chips of veneer missing from the base but as you can appreciate this is an old piece of furniture which has suffered minor knocks and bumps in its lifetime.

A fantastic circa 1900 walnut dressing chest / dressing table. This piece features a large bevel edged mirror to centre, and this is supported by swept columns which conveniently hold two small jewellery drawers. This is situated above a large bank of graduated drawers making this a useful piece of bedroom furniture. As you can see it has burr walnut figuring to the front of the drawers; making this an attractive design feature.

A traditional circa 1900 elm and beech chapel chair. These chairs have a slatted design with a useful bible box to rear. They have a shaped seat, and with their curved back supports, these chairs are extremely comfortable; ideal for cafes, restaurants, bistros etc. These chairs have been fitted with small pvc feet to prevent marks and dents on wooden floors. They are in good condition for their age, but you must appreciate, that as they are one hundred years old, they will have some signs of wear and tear.

A truly magnificent set of classic English Arts & Crafts solid Oak bedroom furniture.
This arts and crafts bedroom suite comprises of a large double door wardrobe, with centre sliding cheval mirror; a unique feature, allowing you to use both sides of the wardrobe with ease. This wardrobe has two large solid oak lined drawers to base, giving a vast amount of storage. It is decorated with two copper plaques which is typical of the arts and crafts period. It also still retains its original key, and all of its original handles. This is complemented with a matching dressing table, with matching handles and a large selection of graduated drawers; providing superb storage and versatility with its large bevel edged mirror to top. The mirror sadly has a few foxing spots which is to be expected from a piece of furniture of this age. The suite also consists of a small bedside table and two matching bedroom chairs. To finish off this arts and crafts bedroom suite, one of the most outstanding arts and crafts beds that we have come across; with copper panels to headboard and footboard.
This entire arts and crafts bedroom suite is in lovely condition for its age, and would complement any period bedroom interior. As you can expect, the bed does dismantle, and the wardrobe breaks down into four individual sections for ease of transportation and reassembly. This bed can be supplied with either an original sprung bed base, or a newly made pine bed base; all that is required is a standard double mattress. The pine bed base does provide a firmer sleeping surface. We believe that this arts and crafts bedroom suite dates from circa 1900.

A magnificent classic piece of English mahogany furniture. This beautiful, mid-19th century, flamed mahogany wardrobe features a large decorative cornice which sits upon a three door centre section; all doors have arched panels with decoratively carved moulding to top. All doors open up to reveal a large internal hanging space, which is extremely rare for pieces of furniture like this. Many wardrobes are generally fitted with internal drawers or slides. As you can see, this Victorian wardrobe is deep enough to easily take full size coat hangers in both sections. This piece is in outstanding condition, with very little wear and tear, and breaks down into four individual pieces for ease of transportation and reassembly.

CAMPAIGN CHEST VICTORIAN
Campaign Chest.
A magnificent piece of classic British campaign furniture. This large mahogany brass bound campaign chest dates from the late 19th Century. This item has a decorative figure to the timber, and is completed with brass corners and strapping for protection and transportation. The item is still fitted with the original lock and we still possess the original key. This piece is extremely useful as a large coffee table or storage chest for any period property. Sadly, the leather strap handles to either side are missing, but these could easily be replaced as the original brass fixings are present. There is an old expansion crack to the top, and to the inside, but this does not affect its usefulness.
