Our 9ft long butchers table is truly outstanding. The original butchers block or cutting table is substantially made and will last for years.

Butchers would prepare the meat for sale on these tables seen in shops all around the country. Now they are very popular in country style kitchens.

To find a butchers table this size is very very rare. this table would complement any country style kitchen.

9ft EDWARDIAN SYCAMORE & PINE BUTCHERS CUTTING TABLE

A truly magnificent 9ft butcher’s cutting table. This stunning table has a very substantial 1 1/4 inch thick sycamore planked top and stands upon a pine base and pine legs. This table is in truly outstanding condition, and is a very rare piece of Edwardian furniture. The base of the table is constructed of large pieces of pine and stands upon 4 substantial legs; each side section of the table has a decorative finish, and the whole base of the table is held together with large steel bolts which add copious amounts of charm and character. This table has been removed from a local clearance where it has been in the family for many years, prior to that it was in a large butchers shop. As sycamore wood is a natural disinfectant against germs, it was used in the manufacturing of butchers blocks and tables.

This wonderfully rare table with its original rustic charm would add elegance to any country kitchen.

This superb large french farmhouse table is made from 100% reclaimed pine, including the drawer; the timber is taken from various pieces of antique furniture and flooring. A perfect choice for any kitchen or dining room, a large french farmhouse table adds charm and character to any interior. Please note the width and shade of the boards may vary due to the use of reclaimed timber.
