A superb, hand crafted, Victorian influenced solid Pine kitchen/dining table, featuring many attributes of the Victorian period. This table has an inch and a quarter thick top and traditional side skirts with lower edged beading. This beautiful bespoke pine farmhouse table stands on four elegant turned legs which are traditionally pegged on all four corners, making this piece extremely sturdy and durable for everyday use. This table is being produced in the heart of England by established craftsmen using many traditional methods. We normally supply this table in a traditional hand waxed finish in medium brown, however, this table can be produced in a complete natural state or with just a natural base enabling you to colour match to your existing interior. The table can also be finished with a traditionally waxed top. When ordering this table, please specify whether you require a fully waxed, half waxed or natural finished table. This bespoke pine farmhouse table can be made specifically to your requirements. Please note, the chairs pictured with this table are not included in the price, but can be purchased separately.

A fantastic traditionally made French farmhouse kitchen table with planked top and square tapering legs. This piece is made from 100% recycled timber. This bespoke pine table is full of charm and charisma with its warm and used look, complemented by a quality hand wax finish. The table can be made specifically to meet your requirements. Some of these tables have evidence of wood worm, but this is all fully treated and just enhances the original character of the piece. All planks are filleted as the photos show, allowing the table to expand and contract with temperature changes. We are selling these tables in a range of sizes: 6ft 7ft 8ft and 9ft. They are all made by hand by local craftsmen in the Normandy area and we are selling them as individual tables or with a matching set of vintage chapel chairs.

Please be aware that a proportion of the items that we sell are used and/or antique. These items therefore may carry minor flaws such as small scratches, marks and general wear and tear. Whilst we commit to photographing all flaws and describing all items as accurately as possible and would never mislead customers intentionally, please remember that descriptions are formulated in the opinion of an individual and are therefore subjective. Please email if you have any queries regarding an item, we are only too happy to help.
You are invited to view any of our items which are on display in our newly opened showroom, open Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00, Sat 10:00 – 16:00 & Sundays 11:00 – 16:00.

Deposit
Up to 50% deposit is required on orders. When the furniture arrives at our warehouse you will be notified and required to pay the balance.
Before You Order
Please check your order to ensure accuracy of the sizes, finishes, and colour. Your order will be placed exactly as submitted. It is also important to take measurements to make sure the furniture you are purchasing will fit through your house and can be placed in the area of your choosing. All measurements shown on the web site are given to us by each Manufacturer and may vary from the actual measurement of the item once produced and received. On our website, we strive to provide an accurate representation of the finishes; however, due to changes in lighting and a wide variety of resolution qualities on different computer monitors, some colour variation is possible. To determine the exact colour of a finish, we suggest that you examine the actual product or see if a finish sample is available.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less delivery and return costs – providing the item is in the same condition as it was when sold. A 15% re-stocking fee is applicable on all goods unless faulty or damaged.
Delivery
Quotes for delivery charges are based on normal delivery conditions. The delivery quote you receive is guaranteed to be with in 10% of the quoted price not withstanding any Special items. Special items must be agreed upon at the time the order is placed. The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges including those which exceed those quoted by Peppermill Antiques Ltd. If there are any parking restrictions at your location you must advise us of this at point of order. We will be unable to deliver unless we have the necessary permission or permit. The goods will be returned to our warehouse and another delivery will need to be arranged. If we need to return for a second time you will need to pay an additional delivery charge beforehand.
Expected Time Of Delivery
The delivery times depends a great deal upon availability. If the items are in stock we average 1 to 2 weeks. There is a great chance you will receive your items quicker and we will always do everything we can to ensure timely delivery. Please Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Allow a little longer for Scotland, Ireland and Cornwall.
Damaged Furniture
Occasionally, the furniture may experience minor damage during shipment or it may contain manufacturer defects. Please take your time and inspect all the furniture upon delivery and denote any damages or defects on the delivery ticket, as it is much easier to have these problems corrected when denoted on the delivery ticket. PLEASE DENOTE ON DELIVERY SLIP EVEN IF YOU KEEP AN ITEM
Unpaid Balances
Any balance more than thirty (30) days past due shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum. In the event collection efforts are necessary, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses of collection including legal fees and costs.
Storage of Goods
We are happy to store you item(s) for up to 6 weeks providing they have been paid for in full, at no extra cost. If we need to store items for any longer than that we will charge storage at 5% (payable prior to delivery) of the cost of the item per month unless specifically arranged beforehand at the point of order. Any item stored for more than 30 days is exempt from our usual returns policy.

A superbly hand made ‘Cumberland’ extending oak kitchen/dining table with large extendable pull out leaves allowing this table to comfortably seat up to ten people. Standing on traditional square tapering legs and H stretcher, this bespoke oak table is manufactured using traditional methods with all its joints being pegged. The table is based on a 17th Century design; the original design of this table had a reversible top enabling food to be prepared on the underside of the polished surface. An ideal table for any traditional or modern interior. The bespoke oak table shown in the photographs is ‘light oak’ but is available in a range of colours; enabling you to match this with exisiting furniture.
This ‘Cumberland’ table is one of our range of handmade bespoke tables being manufactured in the UK using traditional methods. All of our bespoke oak tables are produced using solid English Oak; renowned for its patternation and quality. As they are bespoke tables, they can be altered in size, shape and design to suit your needs. We also stock a range of chairs and handmade benches which can be purchased as single items or bought to complement and match up with our range of bespoke tables.
